The earliest records of sandalwood in Ayurvedic texts are estimated to date back as far as 500 BCE, making sandalwood oil one of the most ancient fragrance ingredients still used today. Complex and sophisticated, our Sandalwood fragrance oil has an earthy coriander top note that folds into a heart of amyris before blending with a base of dark musk, amber, and woody undertones. This warm, smooth scent perfectly balances blends with floral fragrances but also stands out on its own in traditional or nature-inspired collections. Note: This product is available in a non-standard 15 oz size due to a higher concentration of natural oils that make it less dense. This size is equivalent to the standard 16oz bottles available for most of our other fragrance oils.
